Here we are, entering another lockdown. Fortunately, as in the first lockdown, the government has confirmed that bike shops provide an essential service and are allowed to stay open. So we’ll be here, whenever you need us! 

We firmly believe that cycling is essential to everyday life. These days, it’s especially essential for getting around while maintaining a safe physical distance, as well as for fitness, fresh air, sanity and overall health and wellbeing. Our mission has always been to get people of all ages, experience and fitness levels out and about safely and confidently. 

So we expect to remain busy! The good news is, we’re launching a new online booking service that will make it much easier to book bike repairs, services and assessments and keep in touch about the work you want done. Our shelves are also well stocked with mud guards, panniers and bags, helmets, locks, face masks, lights, bike-cleaning gear, t-shirts and lots more – perfect Christmas gifts for those cyclists (and aspiring cyclists) in your circle. 

We’re entering our fourth month in Crouch End now, and are loving every day of it, despite the challenges of opening a new business in middle of one lockdown and entering a second. One of the biggest challenges is sourcing stock. Bike parts and accessories are running low around the world and orders are taking much longer to arrive than normal. Please be patient, we’re proud to boast a bigger stockpile of essential bike gear and spare parts than many around us.  We’ll do everything we can to keep you and your bike safe and healthy now and well into the future.
