Lake on the MX239
The MX239 mountain biking shoe is the latest version of one of our all -time favourite mountain biking shoes, for riders hitting the remote and technical trails. This evolution of our legendary MX238 is updated to include an integrated tongue to the medial panel of the upper for a firmer foot hold, ensuring that power is maximized into forward momentum through improved stability, a vital ingredient on loose and technical terrain.
The MX239 MTB shoe comes with a new f iberglass reinforced internal heel counter, creating a more stable heel hold, and has more spacing between the two BOA® dials to give greater zone adjustment to the forefoot area. It takes one of our favourite off-road adventure cycling shoes to a whole new level of comfort, fit and performance, with modern styling as standard. Add to this the Mountain Competition real rubber sole, and you have a mountain biking shoe that’s ready to take on any challenge.

Fit and build
Fit: Secure and stable across the top of the foot, with a stronger toe-to-arch hold than the segmented MX242. The Competition Last gives more forefoot volume and a steadier platform for long mixed- terrain rides.
Upper: Helcor leather with mesh combines abrasion resistance, structure, and breathability for demanding off-road riding. Outlast heel and tongue lining improve foot feel, while reinforced high- wear areas help protect against rubbing, scrapes, and scuffing.
Sole: Lake Competition 100% Carbon Fiber Sole with Mountain Competition real rubber sole with extended protection and ground stability.
