Delivery

We put real effort into every bike. We build it, check it over until it's perfect, and carefully put it back in a box. When it arrives you just attach the handlebars with the hex key we provide. It's very simple. If you're struggling, we can do a video call and talk you through it.

Delivery to the UK mainland is free and takes 1 to 3 working days. If the bike is in the shop, next working day delivery is £5 when you order by midday, and Saturday delivery is £5. We're closed on Mondays, so Monday orders go out on Tuesday.

Need it today? Collect from the shop, usually the same day, or in London we can send it by Addison Lee the same day at their price. Call us on 020 8347 5534.

We can't send kids' bikes by courier to Northern Ireland, the Scottish Highlands and islands, the Isle of Wight, the Isle of Man or the Channel Islands. Give us a call and we'll talk it through.

Description

The woom GO 1 is a balance bike with 12″ wheels and no pedals, for children from around 18 months to 3 years (82 to 100 cm tall). It’s where a lot of kids start: they sit, scoot and work out balance for themselves, which makes the move to pedals much easier later.

woom are an Austrian brand who design everything on the bike around children. Every gram is there because it needs to be, and the saddle, grips and bars are all sized for a small child.

Collect from the shop and every kids’ bike we sell is properly set up and ready to go, which is worth £50. No building needed: turn up and ride away. They get the memory of buying their first bike from a bike shop, and you don’t spend the evening swearing at a box and fiddling with hex keys. If you’d rather have it delivered, we build and check it just the same, then box it back up with only the bars to put on.

We usually have at least one of each size built and ready to try at Butternut Bikes in Crouch End, so bring them in and see which size fits. We look after wooms in our workshop too.
