Lake on the MX30G

The MX30G is a classically designed , pure and simple off-road adventure shoe , and is perfectly suited for long days on the gravel grind. It comes as a stylish all – microfiber version and an ultra-lightweight mesh version , for those hot and humid days. The mesh option is ideal for fast river crossings in races, allowing the water to be easily released and aiding the drying process with an airflow around the foot. The microfiber upper option is tough and hard-wearing, taking care of those knocks and rocks that frequently accompany a fast paced, technical trail with the dust and gravel flying around the wheels.

Fit and build

Fit: Slim and precise with minimal upper stretch, placing fit adjustment primarily in the BOA® closure system. The Air’s mesh construction feels lighter and more form- fitting, while the Classic’s microfiber [Non-Leather] upper provides slightly more structure and perceived volume.

Upper: The Air’s mesh upper prioritizes airflow and quick drainage for hot and wet conditions. The Classic’s full coverage microfiber [Non-Leather] upper provides added structure, support, and coverage. Both maintain the close, low-volume fit of the MX Race Last for gravel and cyclocross riding.

Sole: Lake Race 100% carbon fiber sole engineered with an 80/20 platform, 80% high-stiffness carbon zones for maximum power transfer and reduced weight, paired with 20% durable TPU lugs for grip and stability. Includes provisions for interchangeable toe spikes for added traction.
